How long does delivery take?

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days. Delivery then takes 1–3 business days in Ukraine, 3–7 in the EU, and 5–10 elsewhere.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. Returns and exchanges are accepted within the return-policy period when items are unworn and in their original condition.

Can a ring be resized?

Many designs can be resized, but pavé, eternity and highly structured pieces can have limitations. Ask the atelier before ordering.
